How to make natural deodorant at home

We will learn how to make natural deodorant at home. We are well aware of the presence of chemicals in some deodorants that can cause cancer. Parabens, propylene glycol, and Triclosan are examples of such ingredients. Parabens are associated with both breast and prostate cancer. Propylene glycol and parabens are skin-darkening and inflammatory chemicals. This is mostly why I switched to using natural deodorant, and this homemade deodorant works well.

Ingredients

Let’s talk about ingredients.

Shea butter and Coconut oil

Add three tablespoon of coconut oil and Shea butter together to melt this down using some hot water. To do this, you need to take another big bowl, fill it with boiling water, and then add the measuring cup with all the ingredients. After that, wrap a towel or some cloth around this measurement cup. The steam is going to melt all your oils without compromising any of the nutrients inside them. When the oil melts, take it out of the water and bring another bowl in and pour that oil into this bowl.

Tea tree oil, Baking soda

Add two tablespoons of baking powder and arrowroot powder. This should first be thoroughly mixed. Then add tea tree oil, if you’re familiar with this oil you know that it naturally reduces sweating. This deodorant truly slows sweating down, although this won’t completely stop it. Any essential oil is acceptable for use. It all depends on the kind of aroma you want.

 Essential Rose oil

Add seven drops of essential rose oil, and then mix that up well. If you want to smell it to make sure it smells the way you want it to, if you want to add any extra oils or anything in, you can at this time. Add some more rose if you want. Put this in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to start the hardening process. Whisk the deodorant after removing it from the fridge. Put the deodorant inside of a Mason jar or container of your choice.

How to use?

You simply dip your finger into it, take it, and rub it under your arms when you want to use it. Simply dip your finger into the oil and apply it underneath your underarms if you are concerned that it will stain your underarms or your clothing. You need about a pea-sized amount. That’s all you need. This is all about how to make natural deodorant at home.
